Current Behavior

Since the last update of image of nextcloud I have this warning in my logs :
PHP Warning: Version warning: Imagick was compiled against ImageMagick version 1809 but version 1810 is loaded. Imagick will run but may behave surprisingly in Unknown on line 0

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

1. update image to 31.0.7 version
2. relaunch container

For what it's worth seeing same thing, here. I feel like this had been a issue in past... Don't recall temporary fix.

this is an upstream issue caused by Alpine and we can't do anything about it. It'll apply to any container we have that includes imagick directly or via docker mod that has been rebased to alpine 3.22.

,..,is it safe to just ignore for now or is it going to fill some log up somewhere and cause grief or something of the sort? I only upgraded 1 of my Nextcloud instances; is it safe to go ahead and update the other or...?

I'm not trying to downplay your concern but that warning is 179 bytes if that sentence appeared 10,000 times, it would only be approximately 1 floppy disk in size (slightly over the formatted available space)

if you are concerned, you can rotate logs or do various other things with docker logs

as to the safety of upgrading your other instances, only you can make that choice.
