[sound@cinnamon.org] Unmute does not work from main menu's loudspeaker icon

Bug description

It is possible to mute the output by following these steps:

1. Click on the sound applet icon
2. In the menu which opens, click on the loudspeaker icon positioned left of the volume slider

Unfortunately it is not possible to unmute it by clicking on that loudspeaker icon again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the sound applet icon
2. In the menu which opens, click on the loudspeaker icon positioned left of the volume slider
3. Click again on the loudspeaker icon positioned left of the volume slider

Expected behavior

The loudspeaker icon positioned left of the volume slider in the main applet menu should toggle the output off and on again.
