Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many devs set their project price to $0 and have free files and paid files. I have paid a dev $6 twice (because I accidentally paid again a year later), but when they uploaded a new file with a price of $7 everyone who paid $6 previously lost access. Meanwhile people who happened to pay $10 still have access. Itch knows that people paid less than the new price and more than the new price for the exact same file, and it says we both own the game, yet I am denied access to the download despite paying $12. Devs can't do anything other than refund payments.

Describe the solution you'd like
Solution: Allow multiple payments to be summed towards paying for a file on a project, in order to allow paying the price difference when a file is uploaded with a price increase.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative: Make a request for refund button on project pages.
