Add lombok support to launch_linux.sh

The problem is that there is no lombok support in launch_linux.sh in contrast with launch_mac.sh
Assuming we have os variable LOMBOK_PATH=/path/to/lombok.jar
Include lombok support if this variable defined
Don't include lombok support if LOMBOK_PATH not defined
