Add calculation of confidence intervals

Thank you very much for developing this helpful package.
I have a feature request:
Would it be possible to implement the calculation of confidence intervals for average marginal effects, as discussed in Scholbeck et al. (2024)? And is there any way one could calculate CIs using the current version of fmeffects?
