feat: Add dedicated_endpoint_enabled and dedicated_endpoint_dns property.

feat: In predict/rawPredict/streamRawPredict, send requests to the correct DNS based on endpoint type.
fix: Raise exception with details for dedicated endpoint if predict failed.
fix: Only set parameters when it is not None for predict requests.
