Allow using .env file in Flutter run configuration to add environment variables

Current, IntelliJ IDEA run configuration like Application run configuration supports using .env file to add environment variables: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/program-arguments-and-environment-variables.html#environment_variables

It would nice if Flutter run configuration supports it too.,

Thank you for the feature request, I don't think I have seen this one yet. What is the specific use case here, .env?

It would be useful to define sensitive keys in a .env file without declaring these env variables directly in the IDE run configuration to store them elsewhere.

The reporter has noticed that Dart supports the --dart-define-from-file command-line option, which can be used to define keys. Therefore, it seems there is no need to support .env files in the Flutter's run configuration “Environment variables” field.
