  1. Align GitHub Actions pins to a single SHA per action 

    Use one commit SHA per action across all edgee-ai repos, each annotated
with its exact release tag. Bumps actions/checkout to v7.0.1 everywhere
(includes the pull_request_target fork-checkout hardening).
