References not reflecting latest version of bs4dash

Hi there,

When I try to use the examples in the reference section for this package, they won't work for bs4dash as I am using the latest version. For example, in the below it has a reference to navbar but in the latest version of bs4dash this is the header input as far as I can tell

Let me know if I am missing something on this.

Yes I have to re-write my examples to be up to date with last version, David has changed too many things :p
