EventSourceTrace Test fails on OSX and Ubuntu while running jitstress HW intrinsics stress jobs

There are reproducible errors for: tracing/eventsourcetrace/eventsourcetrace/eventsourcetrace.sh when running jitstress jobs for HW intrinsics:

Tests can be triggered with commands as in comment dotnet/coreclr#15585 (comment)

We cannot run CentOS7.1 since commands for this OS seems to not work currently.
