Possible bug in SEPTA's API

Saw an issue this morning where we were sitting in the train outside of 30th St Station, but my site (and presumably SEPTA's API) reported the train as having a next stop of Suburban Station. Here are the relevant screenshots:

I'll investigate in Splunk tonight and update this.
