  2. Add Airbrake v3+ JSON format support 

    - Add asJson() method to Errbit_Notice class for Airbrake v3+ compatibility
- Update Errbit.php to support both XML and JSON formats
- Add configuration options for project_id (v3+) and api_key (legacy)
- Update API endpoints and validation for both formats
- Add example_airbrake_v3.php demonstrating new JSON format usage
- Update README.md with documentation for both legacy and v3+ formats
- Maintain backward compatibility with existing XML format
