Category bar for suggested edit page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A question page shows the categories in a bar along the top of the page, and the category that contains the question is highlighted.

A suggested edit page does not show this category bar, so there is no way of knowing which category the post being edited is in, without going to another page. The category may sometimes be relevant information when deciding whether to approve a suggested edit, as different categories have different rules.

Describe the solution you'd like
The same category bar could consistently show at the top of a suggested edit page, with the relevant category highlighted.
