Is there a way to use tweenChanges option in a Scene

I want to use the [tweenChanges](https://scrollmagic.io/docs/animation.GSAP.html#newScrollMagic.Sceneoptions) option in a Scene. 

It gives us a very nice effect of tweeting the animation to the progress target instead of just setting it to the new scroll position.

Is there a way to do that?
