When disabling idempotency using the environment variable "
POWERTOOLS_IDEMPOTENCY_DISABLED", the creation of theDynamoDbClientwas not disabled, which is not desired when performing tests (it tries to connect to AWS or requires to setup a local dynamodb)Description of changes:
