Language file is not found

Describe the bug
I am currently working on the language version for German. But the language file (.yaml) is not shown to me under the settings.
de_DE.yaml file is available. Also i18n.yaml adapted accordingly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create file 'de_DE.yaml' in the 'i18n' folder
2. Edit i18n.yaml file and add values for the German language file
3. Go to 'Admin > Settings > Interface'
4. Click on 'Interface Dropdown'
5. Only US and CN values available

Expected behavior
The language "German" should also be selectable.

• OS: Windows 11

• Version 108.0.1

The latest version already supports the selection of language as Deutsch, but the translation is not yet done. You can replace the de_DE.yaml file manually and restart the application.
