PLEASE allow closing of communities sidebar WITHOUT forcing a reload!!!!

It is FAR too easy to accidentally open the communities list on the left, and there is NO way to get out of it without being forced to reload - causing one to lose sight of posts they wanted to read. I saw someone ask in a community about this several weeks ago, so I'm not the only one suffering with this annoyance. As such, I assumed it would be reported here & addressed, but I can't find it. It is honestly a deal-breaker that's stopping me from switching from Thunder.

Regarding the "back to community list on accident" issue: on Android it will ask if you really want to go back since version 2.42.0
