Pycrypto is not actively maintained. It has no new commits since 2014. Pycryptodome is a compatible, actively maintained fork of pycrypto.

Seems good to me. The one thing that might give me pause is the possibility of clashes in a project where someone is using pycrypto and you want to install pycryptodome. This doesn't affect me, but it might affect others. Perhaps you should provide a backwards compatibility option:
