Archivo Condensed is bundled without a credit in readme.txt #35
readme.txt credits six font families in its == Fonts == section, but the theme bundles seven. Archivo Condensed — shipped in assets/fonts/archivo-condensed/ and declared in theme.json — has no entry. It appears to have been left out when the files were first added.
It is not an unused font: the Archivo Condensed typography variation (styles/typography/archivo-condensed.json) and the After Hours palette (styles/colors/07-after-hours.json) both set it, so it renders for anyone using either one.
What the entry should say
The condensed files come from the same project as Archivo, so the credit is the same. Read from the name table of the shipped file rather than copied from the Archivo entry, the copyright and licence are identical:

Checking the rest
Both halves of this are checkable, and would be worth checking again when fonts change: that every family in theme.json has an entry in == Fonts ==, and that each entry's copyright and licence strings match the name table of the font file that actually ships. Comparing them by eye is how the gap appeared in the first place — the section looked complete.
