Yeah, I omitted these because we don't have a dedicated "Introduction" page for them like we have with @wordpress/ui and @wordpress/theme. Frankly, I think we should, and that would be the best place to link to, because there are a lot of useful examples that would make it worth keeping someone in Storybook to learn more. The package READMEs on GitHub are okay (and I've added them in cab9188), but some are pretty sparse, and it's a bit of a dead end honestly.

Noting for posterity: Maybe we should remove or rearrange "How is this different from existing components?" . I think the section is a bit distracting from focusing on what the design system is. It's relevant now for contrasting how people might be thinking about components, but I don't think it needs to be such a primary and expansive part of the introduction to the design system. The "existing components" phrasing is vague and treats |

Those low-level primitives are composed into packages like@wordpress/dataviews, which provide an improved developer experience for implementing common UI patterns using design system building blocks, and are themselves considered part of the design system, albeit operating at a higher level of abstraction.Why?
Clarifies scope and break-down of the design system, which in turn can help understand what belongs where, and who might be responsible for certain types of changes.
How?
I added two new sub-sections to the existing "What are the parts of the design system" to differentiate "Foundational packages" and "Composite packages". I'm not fixed to these names; suggestions welcome 😄
