[HelpHub] Misleading wordpress.com connection

Issue Description

The first item on the list of useful resources, Learn WordPress, points to wordpress.com documentation. Non-relevant as it describes also internal wpcom website sections not present on wp.org. Also misleading for new users. Wp.com not wp.org

WordPress Lessons link is also broken!

Simply remove the line and replace it with wp.org resource
