Links to removed NodeChoice options still visible after option is removed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create NodeChoice.
2. Link each option to a NodeSentence.
3. Remove one of the options.

Current Behavior

After the option is removed, the NodeSentence still links to the NodeChoice. If the file is closed and open again, this visual bug will resolve on its own.

Expected Behavior

The link should be visually removed.

#8 perpetuates the NextID to the options code and the ChoiceNode's options dictionary is properly reflected and refreshed in 6e4d5ca to fully fix this problem
