Add support for role name on FBManager #705
Description
It is currently not possible to specify a role name in FBManager, meaning that RDB$ADMIN users cannot create or databases in Firebird 3.0 and higher, unless they have (also) explicitly received the CREATE DATABASE and/or DROP DATABASE privileges.
