  1. Fix compile error in ram.c with MinGW. 

    The MinGW toolchain installed on this machine won't define the
MEMORYSTATUSEX structure unless _WIN32_WINNT is defined to a suitable
value.

  2. Don't use __builtin_unreachable() in the PNG loader. 

    It was added as a hack to see if it would improve the performance.
Actually committing it was an oversight. The unreachable builtin is meant
for paths that are actually impossible to reach. The places where it was
used are reachable if the PNG data is malformed.
