Revert "Fix %patch macro usage in RPM spec."

This reverts commit d8ddc3f47b59e98242043f28743398b44481edbb.

The change from `%patchN` to `%patch N` breaks builds on
Rocky Linux 8 / RHEL 8 where this newer %patch syntax is not supported.
