Revert "Fix %patch macro usage in RPM spec."

This reverts commit a53841ec63537270b42f4722a75001cefacfe186.

The change from `%patchN` to `%patch N` breaks builds on
Rocky Linux 8 / RHEL 8 where this newer %patch syntax is not supported.
