Accept upstream plan changes in the join regression suite

Two plans changed between REL9_5_STABLE and REL9_6_STABLE in the join
regression suite, so accept matching changes in XL (add Remote nodes).

Official repo for Postgres-XL. Stable branch is XL9_5_STABLE. Current development is PG10 compatible. Controlled by Postgres-X2 Core Team.
