Eight weeks later: 

If you look really carefully in this next shot just to the left of the cursor, that’s the break of JZ’s scaphoid bone.  It will be good to be out of a smelly cast.


Of course the casted arm had atrophied. 

JZ missed practice to get the cast off, but we did the prescribed hill workout post anyway.  7 miles.
