Physically Integrated  Modern Dance Classes

 

Our next series of open classes will be on Wednesdays - February 4, 11, 18, & 25, 2026.

Classes are held from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at Dance Foundry, 2977 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur, GA 30030.  

Our classes welcome all bodies.

Donations are always appreciated but not expected or required to participate.

Pre-registration is requested. When attending the in-studio class, please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to the 9 AM start time to fill out the required paperwork.

We are no longer offering virtual classes.  We are dedicating our time and resources towards completing our online training manual. Stay tuned for details.
