As a Project Manager / Product Owner at code.store, you will be responsible for :

• Drive and take full ownership of projects end-to-end, from discovery to delivery;

• Ensure alignment between client needs, business goals, and technical execution;

• Structure and challenge requirements, define clear scopes, and write precise specifications;

• Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery remotely;

• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks;

• Maintain strong client communication and relationships;

• Contribute to presales activities and proposal structuring;

• Continuously improve project practices and team collaboration.
  
  

• Project & documentation: Jira, Confluence, Notion

• Collaboration & visualization: Slack, Miro, Excalidraw

• Design & prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq Mockup

• Testing & debugging: Postman, browser dev tools

• AI & automation: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Make, n8n

• Productivity: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office
  
  

• Genuine curiosity about technology, with a habit of staying current on new tools and approaches

• Solid understanding of how the web globally works: DOM, HTTPS, APIs (REST & GraphQL), Databases, frontend/backend architecture …

• Comfortable testing and debugging: browser dev console, Postman (or similar) for API testing

• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, GPT, Gemini) as part of your daily workflow, not just aware of them

• Some exposure to no-code/automation workflows (Make, n8n) is a strong plus

• Hands-on with CMS platforms like WordPress, PrestaShop, Drupal, Magento

• Comfortable working with SaaS tools

• Good understanding of:

  • HTML/CSS,

  • Databases (MySQL, SQL, etc.),

  • JSON,

  • SEO (Robots.txt, Sitemap, Structured data, Metadata),

  • Accessibility

  • Caching tools like Memcached, Varnish, or CDN systems
    
    

• Knowledge on ArcXP media CMS is a strong plus
  
  

Previous Experience:

7–10+ years of experience as Project Manager / Product Owner;

• C1 English and French are mandatory, you must be comfortable leading client conversations in both languages. Candidates who are not fully comfortable in either language will not proceed in the interview process;

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and client expectations.
  
  

Education & Certifications:

Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Web, Databases, or Data Analysis;

• Certifications in the IT or project management field (e.g., Scrum - PSPO1 or PSM1, PMP, ITIL) are a plus, or you’re planning to get one soon.
  
  

• Worked with Agile and hybrid frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), adapting your approach to team maturity, client context, and project complexity

• Owned large-scale project budgets (six figures and above) end-to-end, including scope tracking and cost/benefit trade-offs when scope changes, with clear reporting to the client

• Remained accountable for executing the roadmap end-to-end, even when the client or AMOA leads product direction and owns the resulting documentation
  
  

Run phase:

• Tracked scope and budget evolutions (using tools like Excel), managing cost/benefit trade-offs when items enter or leave scope, and reporting the financial impact to the client

• Led backlog refinement sessions, translating client priorities into actionable, well-sized backlog items, and flagging scope or feasibility trade-offs when they arise
  
  

Presales / Discovery phase:

• Structured scope and built effort estimates in partnership with tech teams, balancing commercial pressure with delivery realism

• Led macro-estimation discussions with tech leads, translating client needs into credible, sellable scope

• Facilitated discovery workshops (often alongside external UI/UX partners), using workshop transcripts and summaries (increasingly AI-assisted) to build specs, backlogs, roadmaps, and estimates, whether consolidated by your team or handed off to the client/AMOA
  
  

🤝Hiring process:

• 1h interview with HR and a technical prescreening in English. Please note that your answers will be recorded on video and shared with our tech team for further review;

• 1.5h Technical interview with Senior PM;

• 30 min interview with CTO and COO.
