Operations Director France

The opportunity

TCR France operates a national network of 13 workshops with 100 plus colleagues, managing a large fleet of assets supporting critical airport operations.

We are hiring a senior Operations Director to take full accountability for how this operation runs, every day, across the country.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership and impact. You are the right hand to the Managing Director. This is not a coordination role. You own execution.

What you will be accountable for

Safety first:

You set the standard. No compromises. Consistency and discipline across all sites.

One way of running:

You bring consistency and predictability across the network. You build a clear operating model that works across sites while keeping local ownership.

Performance under pressure:

You define KPIs, run a strong operating rhythm, and ensure delivery across availability, quality, productivity and cost.

Customer credibility:

You are the operational counterpart for key customers. When performance matters, you step in. This is about delivery and trust.

Leadership that sticks:

You lead site managers and operational teams, raise expectations and build accountability that lasts.

Union dialogue:

You operate confidently in a unionised environment and maintain constructive dialogue while moving the business forward.
