Global Flagship Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects:
  • Arena Paris
  • Regent Street London
  • Seoul
  • Pedder Street Hong Kong
  • NYC
  • New Flagships to come (China, etc)
  • Support flagship openings and strategic store developments
  • Coordinate master planning and installation calendars
  • Ensure clear ownership, project tracking and deadlines
  • Coordinate with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage suppliers and external partners

Operations & Store Excellence

  • Lead operational follow-up for Arena flagship
  • Sole responsible for VM guidelines for Flagships & key stores
  • Coordinate installations and night shifts when required
  • Ensure post-installation follow-up and issue resolution (SAV)
  • Visit Arena regularly (minimum twice per month)
  • Provide VM feedback and ensure guideline compliance
  • Request store reports and pictures across international flagships
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all key stores

VM & Windows Development

  • Windows Development & In store Amplification of Key Stores
  • Support VM adjustments where needed
  • Participate in the development of props, display tools and mannequins
  • Contribute to new display solutions and retail innovations
  • Example projects:
  • fragrance counter displays
  • display tools
  • mannequins
  • in-store amplification tools

Business Performance & Insights

  • Monitor key business indicators:
  • sales
  • traffic
  • KPI performance
  • Identify quick wins and business opportunities
  • Build reporting and insights
  • Translate store feedback into recommendations

Marketing & Activations Coordination

  • Follow activation calendars across markets
  • Coordinate flagship activations and key moments
  • Ensure proper planning and alignment between HQ and local teams
  • Support execution of flagship activity plans
  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail project management, VM, flagship operations or related environment
  • Strong experience in international and cross-functional project coordination
  • Fluent English mandatory - written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong sensitivity to fashion, retail and luxury environments
  • VM expertise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented profile
