Senior Facilities & Operations Manager – Immediate Start

Leading Global Investment Bank – located in stunning Central Paris office!

We’re partnering with our client, a leading international investment bank, in recruiting a busy and varied Senior Facilities & Operations Manager for their Central Paris office.

It’s a pivotal role to oversee the smooth running of the firm’s incredible first-class office, ensuring exceptionally high standards throughout. Delivering operational consistency and ensuring processes and policies are being adhered to whilst delivering a world-class experience for employees, visitors and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role within a large international firm, having already worked in a high-touch, fast paced corporate financial or professional services environment, or coming from a five-star hospitality background!

The Role

Working closely with the Global Workplace and Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities providing daily support across the following areas:

• Office & Facilities Operations
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• Employee Experience
• Client experience & hospitality, first-class customer service
• Budget and vendor management
• Team Leadership
• Workplace culture
• IT and technical

The Candidate

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role, providing world-class VIP customer service
• Ideally from a fast paced, international financial services or professional services background, or a white-glove client services background
• Technical facilities management experience
• Experience managing operational teams
• A great eye for detail, and exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
• Fluency in English and French language is essential, Italian an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within global teams
