Audio Visual & Videoconferencing Technician

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Audio Visual & Videoconferencing Technician to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Assist users in meeting room and video conference related requests and issues
• Assist users in setting up meetings and video calls
• Identify, diagnose and resolve issues in relation to the AV equipment
• Regularly test the AV equipment
• Configure AV equipment
• Produce documentation for the AV equipment
• Hold workshops and trainings for end users on how to use the AV equipment
• Participate in the planning of improvements and changes to the meeting rooms and the AV equipment
• Operate AV equipment during video conferences
  
  

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Proven experiencein AV equipment, meeting rooms, and video conferencing systems
• Experience providingtechnical support to users and troubleshooting AV issues
• Knowledge of audio, video, display, microphone, and conferencing equipment
• Ability to set up and configure AV equipment for meetings and video calls
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with customer staff members
• Good skills to draft documentation in English
• Minimum C1 level in English required
