Bringing together #passengers, airport teams and partners, the event featured panel discussions and open conversations focused on the #airport experience. These exchanges provided a valuable opportunity to listen, engage and identify new ways to continuously improve the passenger journey. Congratulations to the OMA #teams for launching this initiative and to everyone who contributed to its success. By encouraging dialogue with our passengers and stakeholders, we continue to strengthen the quality of the experience we deliver every day. #VINCIAirports #PassengerJourney #CustomerExperience #AirportManagement #AirTravel

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟳𝟬 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟰 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀?   At the #GoogleCloudSummitFrance a few weeks ago, Rémi Maumon de Longevialle, CEO of VINCI Airports, shared why successfully deploying AI across our network requires combining a global ambition with a deep understanding of local realities.   As the world's leading private airport operator, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every #airport operates in a different environment, with its own regulations, business priorities and #passenger expectations. That's why it’s essential to listen to local teams, understand operational needs and identify where AI can create value. Then AI can be deployed through practical, relevant use cases.   A clear vision. Listening to the #teams. Adapting to local realities while leveraging the strength of a global #network. That's how VINCI Airports is scaling AI across more than 70 airports worldwide.   🎥 Watch the interview with Rémi Maumon de Longevialle ⤵️ #GoogleCloudSummit #AI #Innovation #Data #Aviation Anicet Mbida Google Cloud

🛫 Setting a new standard in Budapest: NextGen Security in action   Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting the teams at Budapest Airport and seeing the progress of a flagship project led by VINCI Airports.   This project fully embodies our security approach: a new generation of equipment combining innovation, operational excellence and the sustainable transformation of airport infrastructure. In a fully redesigned space, we are deploying a new generation of security lanes, delivering tangible improvements: • A smoother passenger journey: reduced waiting times and dedicated preparation areas to improve flow and comfort • Improved efficiency and capacity: advanced technologies optimize tray processing, facilitating higher throughput and accelerating passenger procedures with processing times reduced to under one minute • Improved working conditions for teams: increased automation, reduced manual handling, better-designed workspaces, and advanced training programs - already delivering very positive feedback.   This project also demonstrates the strength of our global model. The Budapest teams worked closely with colleagues from Edinburgh Airport and London Gatwick to design and implement this new area. And this is only the beginning.   At VINCI Airports, from Budapest to our entire network, our ambition is clear: to deliver concrete, scalable solutions that continuously enhance the passenger experience.   Looking forward to welcoming all football fans on May 30th in Budapest ⚽ (Allez Paris!).   #NextGenSecurity #Innovation #PassengerExperience #VINCIAirports Emmanuel MENANTEAU François Bérisot Laurence ERBS
