This commitment was recently illustrated by « 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀 », a new initiative held simultaneously across all the 13 terminals of Grupo Aeroportuario Centro Norte, OMA in #Mexico. Bringing together #passengers, airport teams and partners, the event featured panel discussions and open conversations focused on the #airport experience. These exchanges provided a valuable opportunity to listen, engage and identify new ways to continuously improve the passenger journey. Congratulations to the OMA #teams for launching this initiative and to everyone who contributed to its success. Pour répondre aux attentes de la Région Bretagne, propriétaire des deux plateformes, notre projet ambitieux et durable s'articule autour de quatre priorités clés : . 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲́ nationale et internationale . 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲̀𝗿𝗲 de l'exploitation . 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗺𝗲́𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻  de la qualité de service pour les passagers et les compagnies aériennes .
