☀️ Kicking off the summer with a look back at the Group’s key highlights over the past month! June has been a busy one across our businesses:   🟥 Societe Generale supported SpaceX in its ~$86bn IPO (post greenshoe), acting as Underwriter, Joint Bookrunner on the EU prospectus and Sole French Retail Coordinator, with Bernstein as Sales Agent. ⬛ We also joined forces with Ardian as anchor investor and financial advisor to support the development of nature‑based solutions, with a EUR 100m commitment to the Averrhoa fund. 🟥 Our French retail bank SG launched a new “Parlons Argent” advertising campaign, supported by an attractive 3.10%* offer on home loans for individual customers, as well as a new series titled “Parlons Argent: La Masterclass.”  This new campaign highlights the role of money in society and reflects our vision of banking: sharing our financial expertise with clients to advise and support them at every stage of their life projects. ⬛ Boursobank announced a partnership with EPI Company to integrate Wero, the European instant payment solution, by the end of 2026, further expanding its fee‑free payments offering. 🟥 Societe Generale - FORGE’s EUR CoinVertible is now available on Coinhouse, extending access to a euro‑backed stablecoin issued by our crypto‑asset subsidiary. ⬛ Last but not least, Societe Generale - FORGE and Euroclear announced a collaboration to assess the use of digital cash solutions for the issuance and settlement of short‑term funding instruments in US dollars.

🔎 Did you know? This Asia Pacific city is home to one of Societe Generale’s longest-established offices in the region. Asia Pacific is a key region for Societe Generale, with Hong Kong at its core, serving as the regional headquarters since 1977. From there, we contribute to the city’s development and support clients across sectors through our capabilities in investment banking, global markets, financing, and transaction banking. Our presence in Hong Kong also spans more than 30 years as an issuer in the warrants market, reflecting our deep know-how and continued engagement in the local financial ecosystem. But our story goes beyond financial capabilities. Our local commitment is demonstrated through long-term community partnerships—supporting Po Leung Kuk across cultural, social, and sporting initiatives, backing the Valley Rugby Football Club since 2014, and fostering cultural ties between France and Hong Kong. Today, nearly five decades on, our Hong Kong hub remains a key gateway, connecting clients to Societe Generale’s global network of around 60 locations and helping them navigate an increasingly dynamic environment.

Societe Generale today announced it is accelerating the development of institutional blockchain-based financial infrastructure on the Canton Network, with a focus on tokenized collateral, on-chain financing and institutional-grade digital settlement solutions, powered by its digital-assets subsidiary Societe Generale-FORGE. This initiative builds on Societe Generale’s pioneering work on Canton Network, including its first U.S. tokenized bond issuance completed in November 2025, and reflects the bank’s continued commitment to scaling regulated on-chain capital markets. Societe Generale joins the Canton Network as an Ecosystem Super Validator, underscoring its strong commitment to contributing to the development of institutional-grade use cases across collateral mobility, margin management, repo financing and tokenized settlement. Its USD CoinVertible is now live in MetaMask, giving millions of Web3 users access to a regulated stablecoin issued by a banking subsidiary via the world’s leading self‑custodial wallet.
