Every year, we set aside two days to bring the entire Montefiore team together for our annual seminar. As we've grown across three European offices, these moments have become more important than ever. They reinforce what we value most: 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼! Last month, we hosted our first Investor Day in Italy, bringing together many of the 𝗟𝗣𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 over the years, often across multiple funds. It was a valuable opportunity to reconnect, exchange perspectives and reflect on what has always been at the heart of our development: 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗺𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲. Holding this event in Milan carried a special significance.
