Spain lifting the FIFA World Cup trophy wasn't just a win, it was a masterclass in efficiency, seamless passing corridors, and high-performance teamwork. At FM Logistic Ibérica, that same Spanish winning mindset is driving how we transform urban supply chains! 🇪🇸 After a successful pilot in 2025, FM Logistic Ibérica, together with our strategic partner CityLogin Iberia, has won the bid launched by Metro de Madrid, S.A. to transform Line 3 into a fully integrated urban logistics axis. Just like the World Cup champions, this achievement wasn't won overnight. It is the result of months of preparation, bold decisions, relentless teamwork and the belief that the biggest ideas deserve to play on the biggest stage. 🗣️ At the heart of the project is a simple but game-changing concept: using Madrid's existing underground infrastructure to transport goods for major e-commerce players directly into the city centre, reducing congestion above ground while making urban logistics smarter and more sustainable. This is another milestone in our multimodal journey. After launching our first international rail-road corridor between France and Poland, Madrid proves that combining transport modes isn't just the future. It's already becoming reality. What happens when 22 logistics experts trade their daily routines for staple guns, toolkits, and heavy lifting? You get a powerful day of community action. A couple of weeks ago, our teams joined forces, once again, with Emmaüs Défi for a day of action, teamwork and impact. Together, our volunteers helped sort donations, assemble furniture, refurbish bedding, reference products and prepare essential items that will help people in vulnerable situations furnish their first homes and start a new chapter. Every task, no matter how small, contributed to a bigger purpose. ❤️🩹 A huge thank you to the Emmaüs Défi teams for their warm welcome and their inspiring commitment. And above all, thank you to our colleagues who dedicated their time, energy and enthusiasm to this initiative. 👏 Seeing our people come together for causes that matter is something we're incredibly proud of. Together, we're proving that logistics can be a powerful force for good. 💙

The last few weeks were marked by many international awareness days, reminding us that collective action can create meaningful change. That being said, across Europe, our teams embraced these moments by partnering with local NGOs and dedicating their time to initiatives that made a tangible impact in their communities. 🇪🇸 In Spain, during Diversity Month, volunteers partnered with the Spanish Red Cross in Xirivella to support people facing social exclusion through CV workshops, mock interviews, and insights into careers in logistics. 🇷🇴🇨🇿 In Romania and the Czech Republic, International Children's Day was an opportunity to bring joy to disadvantaged children through outdoor games, sports activities, creative workshops, and unforgettable moments together. 🎈 🇸🇰 In Slovakia, World Environment Day inspired our teams to take action by cleaning green spaces, planting trees, and building birdhouses to help preserve local biodiversity and raise awareness of environmental responsibility. 🌱 These initiatives reflect what social responsibility looks like in action: employees coming together, sharing their time and skills, and making a positive difference where it matters most.
