Almost two‑thirds of India’s forests are under threat from invasive species. One of the most damaging is Lantana camara - pretty flowers, but it chokes out native plants and can disrupt wildlife habitats. Forest officials need a faster way to detect and remove infestations across huge, remote areas, and act before lantana spreads. As one of the winners of the Tech4Positive Futures Challenge, our Invasive X team designed a two‑stage approach: AI detection using drones with multi‑spectral cameras to map lantana clusters (GPS and density zones), and a practical removal bot that can navigate the difficult forest terrain and shred or uproot invasive plants. Scalable tech, built for real conditions. Read the full story here 👉 https://ow.ly/aVxS50Zw44T

Generative AI is already changing how work gets done. The next opportunity is helping teams work better together. While many AI applications focus on individual productivity, organizations create value through collaboration, shared decision-making, and collective problem-solving. As AI becomes embedded in everyday work, a new question emerges: how can teams leverage AI not only to work faster, but to think better together? In the upcoming HBR Guide to Generative AI for Teams, our experts Gabriele Rosani and Elisa Farri explore how organizations can move from individual AI use cases to team-AI collaboration. We published our H1 2026 financial results this morning. Our CEO Aiman Ezzat commented: “Our first-half performance demonstrates that the strategy we outlined at our Capital Markets Day is delivering results. We achieved solid growth, slightly ahead of expectations, while continuing to outperform the market. This performance confirms the relevance of our strategy to make AI real - helping clients move beyond experimentation and turn AI ambition into measurable business outcomes. Agentic AI is now at the center of virtually every client conversation, and Capgemini is recognized as the partner of choice for AI-driven, end-to-end business and operations transformation. At the same time, we are ideally positioned to benefit from accelerating investments in technology sovereignty, defense and security, particularly in Europe, where these themes are becoming strategic priorities. With this momentum, we are raising our full year constant currency growth target to around +8.5% to +9.0%. We are confident in delivering our full year margin outlook and our organic free cashflow target.” Read more in the press release: https://bit.ly/3RCy3lQ

How would your organization benefit if you could truly and systematically trust your AI models? The first step is identifying exactly where trust breaks down. Current AI models often lack context. They are so capable at what they do that they can hide this gap from us—but when we look more closely, we sense that something is missing. That missing context makes AI harder to trust. Read our latest point of view to learn why world models and context could shape the next wave of AI development 👉 https://ow.ly/lTQF50Zi4Bq
