Today, Dr. Emilien BERNARD, SEALS Coordinating Investigator, Hospices Civils de Lyon, presented the preliminary data of the SEALS Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating NX210c in patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) at ENCALS 2026 in Madrid (Spain) and during the TRICALS Satellite Meeting. Annette Janus, MD (Chief Medical Officer), Sébastien MARIE (Clinical Operations Director), and Juliette LE DOUCE (Clinical Project Manager) from the Axoltis team were also present at the meeting and were glad to exchange with the attendees. Participants were randomized to receive placebo, NX210c 5 mg/kg, or NX210c 10 mg/kg. Treatment consisted of a 10-minute intravenous infusion administered 3x times per week for 4 weeks. We are glad to share that these preliminary findings support the continued development of NX210c. Further analyses of the complete dataset will be harnessed to characterize and profile the responder patient populations and to propose an optimized therapeutic strategy, including dose selection and course of treatment repetition frequency for the next clinical phase.
