I am so happy to share that I have gained over 3000 readers following forgottenmeadows this morning. I started blogging about 3 years ago and I appreciate each and everyone of you who have supported me, from my very first post until now. I could not have asked for a better community or a better group of friends that I have gained in this journey.
Thank you so very much!
Much Love,
Neha
P.S: Although it is a great day of celebration, I am facing some woes from wordpress…I just noticed that it had somehow unfollowed many of my close blogger friends…so if you haven’t seen me on your blog (via likes or comments) for a while, please drop me a message so I can follow again! I have already re-followed a handful!
I have recently reached over 1500 bloggers who follow forgottenmeadows and reached the milestone of 200 readers who follow my other blog Quotesandlyrics . In order to show my appreciation and how much your support means to me I will be re-blogging some of my favourite bloggers all through the day today! Of course I can’t get to all of my favourites but starting today, I will continue this tradition of re-blogging with every milestone I achieve in this blogging community. Thank you all once again! Stay tuned for some great reblogs and do visit those bloggers when you get a chance. You won’t be disappointed !:)
I have finally reached the milestone of 1000 readers following my blog on this first day of August…it is indeed a very happy Friday! Thank you all so much, I appreciate each and every one of you who have taken the time to visit, like or comment on my blog. It means a lot to me! I am especially grateful for the friends I have made here who have always been so supportive of me. ❤
I will be away for the next two to three weeks so this is a wonderful departure present 🙂 . Do leave me your thoughts here while I am gone and I will return them when I am back. You will all be in my heart ❤ ❤
May you always find sunshine in your hearts and may you always chase the butterflies of your dreams!
So I just read a post by Al over at A mixed bag about wordpress acting weird…Given, the problems listed in the comments I decided to double check my spam folder and lo and behold some comments from my regular readers had gone in there! So if any of you were wondering why I have not responded or why your comment was not showing up on my page well…now you know! – NOT COOL WORDPRESS…NOT COOL!
PS: I have now made sure I have sorted that folder properly and from now on will check it more frequently.
I was very happy to see that I have reached 700 readers who follow my work this morning… I wanted to make a post to thank each and every one of you! I appreciate your follow, your likes and comments on my work, and hope I will continue to get this support from this wonderful community! Here is to my wonderful readers… may you always follow your dreams! 🙂
I want to use this post as a shout out to all my readers who are following my work…Thank you so much!I truly appreciate each and every one of you and all your likes and comments on my work makes my day! I did not know where this blog would go when I had shared my first post on January 29th of this year but today we are 550 strong and I hope to continue to get support from more of you in the future…This is also a shout out to everyone who has taken the time to like or comment my post whether or not they are part of the 550 (though I hope you join soon)… You do not know how much it means to me…So from the bottom of my heart – THANK YOU!!!
I am inspired by the variety and beauty of Morgan’s poetry everyday. I highly recommend her blog to everyone searching for the beauty in words. She is a wonderful blogger and I admire her greatly. Here is a sample of her work:
I Close my Weary Eyes
And Sigh
I Rest my Breath Upon
Your Bosom
I Exhale Chaos
Pain
Frustration
Turmoil
Confusion
Hurt
Loneliness
And All the Chaff in me,
With its jagged and lacerating edges.
Sigh
Sweet and Softly Deep
Me
Quiet and Gently Free
You
Tenderly Whispering Love
Drift
To Touch You High Above
I Sing in Concert with the Blissful Night
In the Boundless Halls of the Echoing Palace
Of All Your Beauty, Bedecked and Glimmering
Phantasm and Mystery for me to See.
Lush
Delicate
Stirring
Refreshing
Breath of Heaven
Breathe in Me
Sing Past All my Calamity
Rest in Me and Set me Free.
I truly enjoy the work of Michael and definitely recommend him to all my readers. I admire how different each of his pieces are from another and the meaning behind them. Do check him out for some beautiful poetry. Here is a sample piece of his work:
Cool early morning, I can see my breath, suspended before my eyes, the cloudlets. Wait for the school bus, my daughter and I. To keep warm and pass time, we play “I spy.” ~ “I spy with my little eye,” her voice sings! My heart is smiling from the joy this brings. She manages to stump me every time, with castles in clouds, memories divine. ~ A couple of decades now come and gone, with a diploma, soon out on her own. Like parents before, I wonder sometimes, out in the world, what future she will find. ~ Did I do my best, teach her to prepare, to be successful and happy out there? Hoping she’s able to make herself proud. Diapers to Diplomas, castles in clouds.
Belinda is a beautiful soul who blogs on a variety of topics, and though she has both photographs and poetry, I thought of her when I chose this category. I would definitely recommend her work to all my readers for inspiration and to get to know a wonderful blogger who spreads positive messages through her blog…Here is a sample piece:
Richard’s was one of the first blogs I started following and have been truly inspired by his writing…I highly recommend his work, his poetry has depth that I know readers will enjoy following. Here is a sample of his work:
We danced and twirled
Before the moon,
Two souls
Captured in luminance
Beneath an eternal veil
Of glistening dreams.
You smiled,
My breath caught,
And I knew
My life complete,
A moment unsurpassable.
Then, you opened your eyes,
And I knew,
I was wrong.
I have just discovered her blog though she has been on wordpress much longer than me. Regardless, I am absolutely delighted to have found her…Her poetry is beautiful and I highly recommend what I have read so far…Here is a piece for you to enjoy:
