Click the bug button in the top bar to email us about a problem, or Request a feature in Settings to send us an idea. A person reads both.

We don't track what you do in Filamental, so we've no way of knowing something's broken, or missing, unless you tell us. We don't pay much attention to social media either, so talking to us here is the best way to be heard. Your reports are how Filamental gets better.
Reporting a bug
If no email app is set up on your computer, the button may not open anything. Write to [email protected] from wherever you do your email instead.
Requesting a feature
Translation fixes and new languages go the same way as any other idea. If the AI provider you use isn't in the list in Filamental AI, email [email protected] and we're happy to add it. It's usually a small job, so do ask.
When Filamental turns down a change it can't make cleanly, it tells you in a slim bar at the very top of the window rather than stopping what you're doing. The usual one is a connection that already exists: two nodes can't carry the same connector type twice, so a second one is refused and the banner says why.
Click the bar, or ▼, to expand the list, and × on a row to dismiss it. The × on the bar dismisses them all, and closing the project clears them. The banner is for you, not a report to us, so if an issue looks wrong, send it our way with the bug button.
Major changes are discussed once a week, and updates go out as soon as they're ready. We can't promise every request makes it in, but every one is read.
Still stuck? Email [email protected].
