  • Every 15 August, Poland honours its military on the anniversary of the 1920 Battle of Warsaw. To everyone serving in the Polish Armed Forces, to the civilian staff who support them and to Poland's veterans: thank you. For your courage, and for the work you do every day to keep Poland secure. In May, ICEYE handed over POLSARIS, Poland's sovereign radar satellite reconnaissance system, to the Polish Armed Forces. From contract signature to independent operations in under 12 months. Sovereign intelligence from space, in Polish hands.

Dziękujemy za Waszą odwagę i codzienną pracę na rzecz bezpieczeństwa Polski. Na lądzie, na morzu, w powietrzu, w cyberprzestrzeni i w kosmosie. Możecie na nas liczyć.

  • On a recent ICEYE & Juvare webinar, Florida's emergency management leaders shared how satellite-derived flood data changed their hurricane response. View the webinar on demand here: https://hubs.li/Q04t2_2_0  During the live webinar John Schultz, Chief of Emergency Management at Lee County, shared: "ICEYE's observed flood extent helped us with timing, damage assessment reports and claims without relying on memory. It allows us to rely on observations rather than guesses." Hear from Lee County, the Florida Division of Emergency Management, and the South Florida Water Management District on using ICEYE’s structure-level flood depth and extent inside Juvare WebEOC during floods and hurricanes. #EmergencyManagement #FloodRisk #WaterManagement

Our partnership with Space42 is a long-term commitment built on a shared ambition: delivering sovereign space capability for the UAE. It is a privilege to work alongside one of the UAE’s national champions, combining ICEYE’s expertise in space-based intelligence with Space42’s local leadership to deliver sovereign capability that is already operational today. It also reflects the growing strategic collaboration between UAE and European companies in advanced technology and space. The successful deployment of the Foresight constellation is testament to what this partnership can achieve. It demonstrates that together we can execute complex sovereign programmes at speed, delivering advanced capability where and when it matters. We look forward to delivering much more together as we continue supporting the UAE’s vision of becoming a global leader in space, technology and sovereign capabilities. Proud of everyone across Space42 and ICEYE who made this possible!

  • Tactical ISR moves at the speed of decisions. ICEYE ATR processes a Dwell Fine image in 30 seconds, automatically detecting and classifying targets: bombers, transport aircraft, helicopters, air defense systems. The operator receives a processed output, not a raw image to interpret. The object catalog covers classes across air, maritime, and land domains. Delivered through the ISR Cell, ATR closes the loop between collection and action at tactical speed. Seconds to classified targets. Process, exploit, and disseminate in minutes. • Come build with us in Portugal. iceye.com/joinus

It’s been a month since we launched ICEYE Portugal. Fusing space tech, Earth Observation, defense and Intel, distributed systems and AI, that’s what we’re building here, and you can be part of it too. Basics first. ICEYE constellation uses Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites. Radar signals pass straight through any weather, day or night, allowing us to obtain insights of what’s happening on Earth’s surface. We operate the world’s largest SAR constellation with 70+ satellites launched since 2018. Now, why does this matter? In Jan-Feb, five Atlantic storms hit Portugal and Spain. We mapped 4,657 km² of flooding through cloud and darkness, delivering intel to local authorities, insurers and utilities while the water was still rising. Optical satellites fail to deliver while the storm is still overhead. Earlier this year, we worked with three NATO militaries: France, the Netherlands and Denmark. Our ISR Cell, a deployable unit, was embedded with a French Army brigade at ORION 2026. And at Fighter Lion, the Dutch’s army’s largest exercise in 20 years, our ISR Cell got the fastest delivery from image acquisition to the analyst's desk in under 13 mins. Speed is only half of it. ICEYE ATR (AI-powered automated target recognition) processes a Dwell Fine image in less than 15 seconds and outputs classified objects instead of pixels. Runs in the cloud, on-prem, or inside a deployed ISR Cell. None of this happens without an integrated and modern software approach. 12 years ago I was obsessed with one problem: how networked vehicles could talk to each other fast enough to make roads safer. The principle was simple. Move massive amounts of data across very different latency needs, and unlock things nobody could build before. I spent nearly a decade bridging that chasm. Around the same time, Rafal Modrzewski and Pekka Laurila were solving a problem no one else had cracked: making radar imaging from space small and affordable enough to put within reach of many, not just a handful of superpowers. Those two problems turn out to be the same problem. A satellite captures raw data. Turning that into a flood map in minutes takes a full stack: tasking algorithms, processing pipelines, AI models throughout the chain, and infrastructure fast enough to move significant volumes of data from orbit to an analyst's screen. Space, intelligence and AI, in one pipeline. And it goes beyond satellites in space, flood analysis and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance). Portugal already has satellites in orbit, with more on the way. In July, we opened a center of excellence in Lisbon to keep building Portugal's space capabilities and the local ecosystem. Portugal has the talent and the ambition to build things that matter. I have seen it up close my whole career, and now is the time to capitalize on that motion. We’re here to build what’s next. If space, deep tech and software engineering rocks your boat, apply via our career page or send me a DM.

  • Illegal mining and logging move fast. ICEYE recently answered a series of the most frequently asked questions around our new Deforestation Solution to help operators tackle illegal deforestation quickly. https://hubs.li/Q04s5nGv0 Read the full article to find out: → What's the actual gap in current tropical forest monitoring tools? → What can ICEYE see that optical satellites structurally cannot? → How do you turn a detection into evidence an investigation can use? We break down why ICEYE’s Deforestation Solution matters for teams who need to respond to deforestation in near-real time.

  • In defense operations, how fast you get satellite imagery shapes how fast you can make reliable decisions. Tactical Access, ICEYE's on-demand SAR tasking service, provides defense organizations with reserved access to satellite-based intelligence at short notice. Lock in satellite capacity early, then determine how to use it less than 40 minutes before tasking. The imagery is delivered in under an hour, depending on the configuration. This moves you from routine monitoring to intelligence that guides tactical decisions in near-real time, shortening your decision loop when it matters most.
