The management of EULOGIC NT SPA, in the context of developing its business activities, formalized by the scope of the social responsibility system (SA 8000), consistent with the SA 8000:2014 standard, namely:
- Marketing, installation and support of hardware and software products. Provision of professional services in the ICT field (design, development and maintenance of infrastructure, internet services and software). Application of the controls provided by the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27017:2021 guideline
Aware of its role as a company, it has decided to draw up this Social Ethics Policy, which focuses on the general principles on which the company's choices and decisions are based regarding human and child rights, combating forced labor and discrimination based on race, religion or gender, and protecting the health and safety of workers.
On the basis of these principles, the Management has developed the objectives it intends to pursue and has identified the tools to achieve them.
In managing its activities, the Company is guided by the following principles:
- The responsibility for managing the ethical and social system concerns the entire company organization, from the Sole Administrator to the individual worker, each within their own responsibilities and attributions;
- Full involvement in the principles of ethical and social management of suppliers and sub-suppliers;
- Preventive actions are preferred;
- Collective safety measures are preferred;
- Workers must be adequately sensitized and trained on Ethical Social principles;
- Workers must be involved in audits and consulted when discussing audit results;
- The Social Ethics Policy will be periodically reviewed and possibly modified based on significant changes in activities, materials and equipment used, and work environment;
- The Social Ethics Policy and related objectives must be known to all company workers.
To implement the principles stated above, management commits to pursuing the following objectives:
- Operate in compliance with ILO recommendations regarding: discrimination, right of association, forced labor, child labor, remuneration, working hours;
- All activities are carried out in full compliance with the requirements regarding labor law and protection of worker health and safety;
- Improvement of credibility at national and international level;
- Creation of fair competition based on principles of responsibility towards social issues;
- Improvement of employee satisfaction and all stakeholders in general;
- Reduction of internal conflict and consequent improvement of the corporate climate;
- Increase training activities for its employees, collaborators, suppliers and contractors;
- Promote and maintain maximum collaboration and interaction with competent institutions and worker protection bodies;
- Significantly reduce the number of workplace accidents.
The requirements and methods of implementation of the Business Management System, contained in the documentation of the System itself, outline the Company's Policy, of which complete compliance is therefore required by personnel within the scope of their respective responsibilities, always keeping in mind that compliance with activities carried out is the specific task of those who execute and not of those who control.
