Highest distinction. That's how Victor wrapped up his time with us. 🎓👏 During his internship at AGPhotonics, Victor developed his Master's thesis on the modeling, design and experimental characterization of photonic devices for polarization control on SOI and SiN platforms, as part of the Master's in Quantum Information and Photonics at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), earning the top grade (Matrícula de honor). ✨ We couldn't be prouder: not just of the grade, but of the impact. Victor made a real contribution to our product: the devices he designed and characterized are part of the technology we're building at AGPhotonics. 🔬 That's how we like to work: scientific rigor, hands-on engineering, and research that ends up in the hands of our customers. 💡 Huge congratulations, Victor, and thank you for these months of outstanding work. Kudos as well to his mentors, Jérôme Taillieu and Jose Dario Sarmiento, PhD, for their support throughout. 🙌 Finishing your Master’s? Here’s the deal: we’re looking for people who care more about the impact of their work 📈 than simply clocking hours. ⏱️ If you’re driven by the work itself, solving hard problems and seeing your ideas turn into real products, let’s talk. Let’s build something that matters. 🚀 #Photonics #SiliconPhotonics #QuantumPhotonics #TechExcellence #Internships
