Description
English: Winston Churchill at the Government Hatter's. Caricature alluding to the "wear and tear" of political offices by Winston Churchill since 1905. The hats scattered on the ground represent the ministries that Churchill had supervised over the intervening years. Acting as hatter the hatter is then-Prime Minister David Lloyd George who is presenting Churchill to his own reflection in the mirror - wearing his newest acquisition (the Colonial Office).
