Hey there, I'm acting as a coordinator of the 2024 Developing Countries WikiContest until the end of September. The role will entail sending out a handful of updates to at least 40 users over that period. I haven't previously requested a mass message, but I've read through the information page and will follow it in good faith to the best of my ability.
