Referencing

Hello! You seem to be struggling with adding references to articles, according to the edits on Sinner Man. Check out this tutorial, it is a great beginner's guide on how to add a reference to an article. Hope this helps a lot. Happy editing! — AP 499D25 (talk) 09:43, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

My mistake. I now know how to add references. CLOaker2 (talk) 09:00, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Papa's Got a Brand New Bag, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page King Records. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the notice. I removed the highlighting for King Records to correct this. I was unaware it was different than the King records link in the information box for this song. CLOaker2 (talk) 08:59, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Wanderer (Dion song), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dion.

Yes I originally posted the wrong link and I corrected that. CLOaker2 (talk) 04:26, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited White Christmas (song), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Decca.

(Opt-out instructions.) --DPL bot (talk) 18:00, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

When I clicked on Decca a Decca page came up so I added it to my post. I double checked it & my Decca link went to Decca. Why am I getting this message? CLOaker2 (talk) 10:05, 11 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Update. I double checked what I posted again & this time when I clicked on the Decca link I wrote, it did go to a disambiguation page. I have corrected that error. CLOaker2 (talk) 10:50, 11 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
