2013 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships
The 2013 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships were the 77th such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. 48 teams representing their countries participated in seven levels of competition. The competition also served as qualifications for the 2014 competition.
Championship
The Championship took place between sixteen teams from May 3 to May 19, 2013. Sweden and Finland hosted the event with games being played in Stockholm and Helsinki.[1]

Division I
The Division I competition was held in two groups. Group A games were played in Budapest, Hungary and Group B was played in Donetsk, Ukraine, both from April 14 to April 20, 2013.[1]

The Division II competitions are held in two groups. Group A games were played from April 14 to 20, 2013 in Zagreb, Croatia and Group B is played from April 21 to 27, 2013 in İzmit, Turkey.[1]

Division III
The Division III competition was played from April 15 to April 21, 2013 in Cape Town, South Africa. A qualification tournament was played from October 14 to 17 October 2012 in the United Arab Emirates to determine the remaining two countries that will play in 2013 Division III.[1]
