Cristian Estremera, known as Temperamento, is a Puerto Rican born Rap artist living in Providence, Rhode Island. He is currently signed to Don Dinero's music label.

Biography

Temperamento was born on February 21, 1981 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. At the age of 10 after the suicide of his father Ramon Estremera, Temperamento and his family moved to Providence, Rhode Island.Temperamento in 1999 temperamento was 18 years old and had a doughter that he loved name Erika.in 2000 he had a daughter name yamilet.in 2000 he had a son name Cristian just like him.2004 he had another daughter name Eunixa.2006 he had a doughter name Emily.in 2008 he had a doughter name Yenisses

Musical Beginning and Rise to Fame

In 1999, he began to write his own songs which were based the pain and suffering he had experienced in his life. In 2005, Temperamento met Caracas Nel, a Venezuelan from Providence who would eventually became his manager. With the use of internet forums and music web pages, Caracas Nel published Temperamento's recordings. Without a record deal or funds, Temperamento's music soon spread and appeared on many reggaeton and Latin Hip Hop mixtapes including those of Dj Moets and Dj Sincero, whom where the first to introduce his music to the mixtape world. DVD magazines such as La Manteca and Hustle Up Latino picked up on Temperamento and he was eventually featured on the cover of Perrealo's "Unsigned Hype" Edition.

Hip Hop Battles

Temperamento was a part of the first ever Latino hip hop battle Batalla De Los Gallos in New York City. He has been criticized for his response to losing a battle with a female rapper named ILL Famed. Temperamento attacked the judges (which included popular bachata group Aventura) for announcing ILL Famed the winner on the basis of not breaking the "No English" rule, which then led to her disqualification. The main organizer overturned the judges' decision and instead announced Temperamento the winner. He moved on to the final round only to lose to Al-Stylo.

Mainstream Success

Producer SPK, the beatmaker of the track 'Oye Mi Canto' which opened reggaeton doors, reached out and gave Temperamento the chance to appear on his first album with Gemstar & Big Mato's "Mas Pure" which featured artists like Tony Touch, N.O.R.E, and Carlos Santana. Soon after, Cuban rapper Don Dinero approached Tempermaneto in SOB's and told him he was going to sign him. Don Dinero's album "El Ultimo Guerrero" featured a tracked with Temperamento titled "Mentira".

Lyrics and Themes

Temperamento creates songs like "Tears", which is dedicated to victims of domestic abuse and "Coje Consejo" which gives advice to the youth. He is also known for writing songs of tiraera (or beef).

Personal Life

Temperamento has one older brother and sister. He has 5 children and is currently engaged.
